FORMAS DE PAGO / PAYMENT
PayPal*: Una forma cómoda, rápida y segura de realizar tus compras por Internet. Registrar una cuenta PayPal, realizar un pago o enviar dinero es siempre gratuito.
Tarjeta de crédito: Si no dispones de cuenta PayPal, puedes efectuar el pago mediante tarjeta de crédito. Serás reconducido a PayPal para rellenar los datos del pago con tarjeta y una vez finalizada la compra serás devuelto a Carlos Arrojo Shop.
Transferencia bancaria: Para hacer uso de esta opción, deberás reservar tu pedido aquí, indicando el nombre de la lámina y su tamaño, junto con tu dirección postal. También puedes hacerlo escribiendo a [email protected]. El comprador deberá asumir íntegramente las comisiones de la transferencia. Si al cabo de los tres días siguientes de efectuarse el pedido no se hubiera recibido el pago, se cancelará para no bloquear stock.
* Para envios fuera de Europa solo se aceptan pagos a través de PayPal.

Credit card: If you have not account PayPal, you can carry out the payment by credit card. You will be re-led to PayPal to refill the information of the payment with card and once finished the purchase you will be returned to Carlos Arrojo Shop.
Bank transfer*: To use this option, you will have to reserve your order here, indicating the name of the sheet and his size, together with your postal direction. Also you can do it writing to [email protected]. The buyer will have to assume entirely the commissions of the transfer. If after three following days of the order be effecting the payment had not been received, it will be cancelled not to block stock.
* For orders out of Europe only PayPal is accepted.
ENVIO / SHIPPING
Todos los envios se realizan mediante correo certificado para controlar su llegada. De esta forma, cada envio tiene un seguro y un número para su seguimiento. Para evitar deterioros, cada lámina se envia dentro de un sobre acolchado, y montada sobre cartón de embalaje con cinta de doble cara para que la lámina pueda ser despegada fácilmente.
Los precios que figuran en la galería de productos no incluyen los gastos de envio. Dichos gastos se indican y se suman automáticamente tras añadir los productos al carro y seleccionar el pais del destinatario. Con la compra de dos o más artículos seguidos, se aplica el cobro combinado de gastos de envio. Es decir, se cobran una sola vez, y por cada artículo a mayores los gastos se incrementan sólo una pequeña parte, tal como se indica más abajo.
Una vez confirmado el pago, se tarda entre 2 y 3 días en llevar el pedido a la oficina de Correos para su envio. Los tiempos y gastos de envio según destino son los siguientes:
España (de 2 a 3 días laborables)
4.00€ un único artículo / +0.50€ por cada artículo adicional
Europa* (de 6 a 12 días laborables)
9.00€ un único artículo / +1€ por cada artículo adicional
Resto del mundo (de 10 a 15 días laborables)
12€ un único artículo / +1.50€ por cada artículo adicional
DEVOLUCIONES: En caso de que alguna lámina llegue en mal estado, será reemplazada por otra. Si el cliente no queda satisfecho con la compra por algún motivo, podrá notificarlo escribiendo a [email protected], y una vez haya devuelto el producto en buenas condiciones dentro de un plazo máximo de 14 días, le será devuelto el importe de la compra. Los gastos de envio para la devolución correrán por cuenta del cliente.
*Alemania, Bélgica, Francia, Italia, Luxemburgo, Mónaco, Paises Bajos, Portugal, Reino Unido, Austria, Dinamarca, Islas Feroe, Finlandia, Gibraltar, Groenlandia, Irlanda, Liechtenestein, Noruega, Suecia, Suiza, San Marino, Mócano, Isla Guernesey, Isla Jersey y Vaticano.
All shipments are made by mail certified to control his arrival. With this option, every order has an insurance and a number for his follow-up. To avoid deteriorations, every print is sent inside one padded envelope, and mounting on carton of packing with double-sided tape so that the print can be easily detached.
Prices listed in the product gallery don´t include shipping costs. These are indicated and added automatically after adding the products to the cart and selecting the country of the recipient. With the purchase of two or more followed articles, the collection combined of postage and handling is applied. That is to say, they are charged once, and to major, for every article the expenses increase only a small part, as it is indicated down below.
Once confirmed the payment, it takes between 2 and 3 days to carry on the order to the post office. The shipping times and expenses according to destination are the following:

RETURNS: If any order is damaged during shipping, it will be replaced. If the client does not remain satisfied with the purchase for any motive, it will be able to notify it writing to [email protected], and once he has returned the product in good conditions in a maximum term of 14 days, the amount of the purchase will be returned to him. The postage and handling for the return will be paid for the client.
